  3. ATTENDING EVENTS: Users are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending events posted on the app. "What's Poppin" will not be liable for any harm or damage that may occur to users while attending events posted on the app.

  4. CONDUCT: Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive. "What's Poppin" reserves the right to remove any content that violates this provision and to terminate the accounts of users who engage in such conduct.

  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content included on the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of "What's Poppin" or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Users must not use such materials without the express written consent of "What's Poppin".

  6. TERMINATION: "What's Poppin" reserves the right to terminate or suspend the account of any user who violates the terms of this agreement.

  7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The app and all materials and services included on the app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. "What's Poppin" makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app.

  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: "What's Poppin" will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

  9. CHANGES TO TERMS: "What's Poppin" reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this agreement at any time without notice.
